Additional Important Plan Details

Plan fees are exclusive of any taxes.

To assist with installation and initial setup we offer, at no cost, up to three Teams meetings with one of our SharePoint Consultants . If additional assistance is required after the Teams Meetings you will need to upgrade to a paid plan. 

Where significant help with SharePoint is required we provide Consultancy Services at additional cost on request.

*By using an Office 365 shared mailbox, Microsoft Limits the Sends to 10,000 emails in a 24-hour period at a maximum send rate of 30 per minute. If the limits are likely to be exceeded, we provide an Enterprise plan where we can provide a 3rd party mail service to handle unlimited number of email sends.

** Free plan has a limit of 200 free emails per month. If you exceed the limit then unsent emails will stop. If you know you will exceed the 200 limit then you should consider one of the paid plan options.

*** Uses a third-party transactional email service, Mandrill, to overcome the Microsoft mailbox limitations when sending extremely high volumes of emails exceeding the Microsoft mailbox limit for a 24 hour period. In addition, the sevice overcomes the maximum send rate issue.

You can choose to upgrade to another plan at any time through the App.

All Plans are limited on a per-SharePoint Tenant basis.

* Read and understood subscriptions are per-site (site collection) / Teams site, simply choose the subscription that best suits each of your Site requirements. Your SharePoint Site Administrator will have access to the number Sites within your Company SharePoint tenant.
