Introduction

During the upgrade process you will be requiried to supply the email address of an Office 365 licensed user account to be used by this app for sending user notifications. Permissions must be granted to the App to send emails using a Microsoft Email Account.

  1. Click here to provide the Read and Understood App the neccessary permissions
  2. Open the Read and Understood App in your site
  3. Access the Site Administration tab
  4. Remove Trial Limitations

    Important: It is imperative that the Site Owners Group exists, typically this is created for you when the site is created, however if it has been deleted it must be recreated before you proceed.

  5. Click the Upgrade Plan button
  6. Select Plan, for example 'Billed Yearly' for the Single Site plan:
  7. Select the Check box and click the Agree, upgrade subscription for this site button
  8. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the highlighted field shown below:
    Note: Standard Rate (20%) VAT may not apply

  9. Ensure the Apply link is clicked before completing the form to purchase the plan, the discount will then be shown
  10. Follow further instructions on page to complete your subscription... Confirmation emails will be provided about your subscription and how it can be manaaged.
